Support Services

At Cimetry we provide a range of support services, that are provided be Microsoft Certified Systems Engineers. The support services can cover support on Microsoft Windows XP to Microsoft Server 2003 both onsite, and via our remote desktop web support. We can also perform PC and Network audits, then plan and design you office IT infrastructure.

At a glance the support services we can provide are:-

	Support from Microsoft Certified System Engineers All of the support engineers at Cimetry are Microsoft Certifies Engineers. This enables us to provide up to date expert knowledge and support on Microsoft products.
	Microsoft Windows / Exchange / SharePoint Services / SQL / Active Directory We can provide support on Windows 2000 and above for client workstations. We provide support on Microsoft Windows Server 2000 / 2003 and Small Business Server 2003 including Active Directory. We have knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint Services and SharePoint Portal Server. We can also provide support for Microsoft SQL Server 2000 or above.
	Internet, Email and Domain Name Setup Cimetry are able to implement your ADSL Broadband through the use of business grade products from manufactures like WatchGuard, to enable all users to share a single internet connection, or even limit which users have access. This service can include the registration of a Domain Name for your business, with the setup of direct delivery of Email to your Microsoft Exchange server.
	Telephone and Remote Desktop Web Support With a support contract in place, payable annually or on a hourly charge basis, we are able to provide your business with Telephone and Remote Desktop Web Support. Our Remote Desktop Web Support is an excellent service that allows our engineers to see your problem first hand, immediately and securely over the Internet with no pre-configuration required by the customer. All that is needed is Internet access (preferably broadband) and a web browser. We will then be able to diagnose and rectify your problems in a fraction of the normal time.
	PC / Network Audits and System Health Checks With our extensive knowledge of PCs, and networks we able to provide PC / Network Audits to assist with the development of you IT Infrastructure. As part of this service we can also provide System Health Checks, to establish where any problems or security issues may lie, we can then provide assistance with rectifying any issues should any be found.
	Managed Support Contracts / Scheduled Visits This service is similar to our Telephone and Remote Desktop Web Support, but with the added benefit of Scheduled On-Site Visits, the quantity of which can vary depending on the agreed support contract. These scheduled visits can be used to rectify problems with your on-site IT Infrastructure, or used to train IT administrators in the use of Microsoft Server 2003 and its related products / services.
	Plan, Design, Relocate Office IT Infrastructure At Cimetry we are able to assist with the Planning and Design of your office IT Infrastructure. We are also able to help with the relocation of IT equipment, with can also include the re-routing or installation of network cabling.
